Janine worked as an Architect for 10 years before transferring to Project Management in 2010. Her 13 years’ experience in client-side, and as Senior Project Management for multiple projects for the Ministry of Education - Janine brings a wide range of technical skills to Inspira. She specializes in and is passionate about quality design management, and technical construction management.
Janine has completed Project Management Credentials under the worldwide Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a PMP certification for Project Management. Her delivery experience ranges from feasibility through to project completion, gained in New Zealand. Janine is a genuine team player with core collaboration skills and provides high-level stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
Through her architectural and construction delivery experience, Janine has a rounded knowledge of technical details and as such, has a solid understanding of all aspects of the building code and compliance processes with the Auckland, Southland, Invercargill Central and Queenstown Lakes District Council. Her technical knowledge supports a natural talent for managing specialist consultants in the design and construction of any building project.
Janine thrives on unravelling roadblocks in teams and resolving technical challenges to find the right solutions. She always adopts a client-centred approach with a proven track record in exceeding client expectations whilst managing complex teams to meet deliverables.
Janine loves the outdoors – she not only negotiates her way around a complex project but also loves to navigate a challenging, mountainous Rogaine course. Often signing up for multi-sports events for the thrill of a good old day out in the mountains with friends. Sometimes getting lost but always having fun!

Nick’s background is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in client-side consultancy. His project delivery experience ranges from feasibility through to project completion, gained both locally and internationally.
Nick is technically sound and has worked in senior delivery, strategy and technical positions, in both Lead Project Manager and Project Director roles. Nick is a personable and capable leader with outstanding stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
Through his experience in Building Surveying and Project Delivery, Nick has a rounded knowledge of construction and as such, has a solid understanding of the technical aspects of buildings to be applied throughout the design and construction process. His technical knowledge brings an understanding of the importance of quality in the design and construction of any building project. Through his property consultancy experience, Nick is skilled at providing strategic advice on property and infrastructure assets to clients.
Nick thrives on problem solving and challenges to find the right solutions. He always adopts a client-orientated approach with a proven track record in exceeding client expectations whilst developing and maintaining good, long-standing relationships.
