Inspira has been overseeing over 10 years of development within the Red Oaks Drive precinct for the developer – included in the deliverables are client feasibility studies, building plus consenting requirements and implementation, maintenance and project management relating to multiple fit-outs within the facility. The complexity of Stakeholder management and tenant management has been supported by Janine and Hamish as they continue to be engaged to deliver solutions for the owner.
Asset management and feasibility support include –

Construction Administration of a Design and Build contract for the Q Building

Upgrades and management of acoustic requirements between tenancies
New structural entry facades and treatments on the Site Building
Project management of new precinct design phase through to Resource Consent
