T-20 Building

A new development at Remarkables Park aims to deliver upmarket office spaces and community facilities on the ground level. The project is designed to connect offices and the QLDC Library space to the Remarkables Park and Remada Hotel Precinct.

Janine and Hamish supported multiple tenancy fitouts in this building including Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Head Offices and Medrecruit head office for NZ. Main contractor Naylor Love worked closely with Hamish and Janine to oversee the key infrastructure and shell tenancy requirements from the main contractor and integrated with the architect HLA to undertake tenancy design and construction administration.

Design Management was undertaken by Janine on the project and generated significant benefits for the tenants as the tenancies were successful spaces integrated within the shell fitout with efficiency – these were both fast-track fitouts designed, and project managed by Janine to meet deadlines to operate. This building and several tenancies were delivered on budget and reflected the client requirements. Bespoke furniture was designed and delivered by crane into the 2nd floor tenancy by removing windows to meet requirements, significant project management resource was spent managing the specialised fitouts to meet programme and onsite constraints of completing the shell building whilst tenancies were zoned and overlapped in the programme for fast-tracked occupation.
